Fraunhofer Research Institution for Battery Cell Production FFB As a cornerstone of the European Green Deal, the new EU Battery Regulation establishes a framework to set the course for a sustainable future in energy storage. The regulations promote the circular economy and resource efficiency and are intended to improve the life cycle of batteries with regard to climate neutrality and environmental protection.
