The collective agreements for the public sector regulate the working conditions and remuneration for employees in the public sector. Different collective agreements apply depending on the employment relationship. The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft e.V. uses the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD-Bund) for permanent positions, the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) for training contracts and the collective agreement for student and research associate (TdL) for scientific and research associate. By complying with these collective agreements, Fraunhofer guarantees transparent and competitive remuneration.
